Surprising exactly no one, I’ve been quite remiss in updating this blog. I always intend to make at least ONE weekly post, but it’s been a few months.
I suppose it’s normal, one thing I know about me (and most people) is that the conquest is often more exciting than the day-to-day governance. Building the thing and making it work > keeping it updated. It’s only painful because I’ve had so many noteworthy updates.
Since my last post:
I attended a company-wide offsite in Monterey, CA. New core memory: eating sushi at the world-famous Monterey Bay Aquarium, just around the corner from an actual tuna tank
I spoke at a conference with my colleague, Cory. PLGTM was a lot of fun, we shared about our migration from Marketo → Inflection. Easily the best part was reconnecting with people I’ve met throughout the MOPs community over the years
I entered a bike race! Well, STP (Seattle to Portland) is more of an endurance event I’m just trying to survive
On that note, I’ve also done a lot of work on my bike, including over 1200 miles since January. I also upgraded the wheels, tires, derailleur pulleys, chainring, and a handful of small cosmetic things. White & gold bling 🙂
Each of these could’ve been a post unto itself, but I’ll leave it with a few photo updates:
